The sign for BLUE GROTTO is made with both hands. One hand is placed lying straight down with palm facing downwards. The other hand takes the shape of bent 5 with palm facing downwards and then rises up at the side and then moves down towards the first arm until the fingertips touch the arm close to the elbow.
